Опыт работы: 5 лет
• Platform sales (or possibly programme or ad sales) gained in a multi-channel broadcaster
• In depth knowledge of the Ukrainian or Russian TV market
• Ideally speak Russian or Ukrainian, but not essential
• Have strong and demonstrable existing relationships with international and local programmers and operators in the region and the UK
• Proven expertise at negotiation
• Able to do business plans and high level financial modelling
• Ability to manage a budget of $30-40m in revenues
• Ability to manage teams, internally, across matrix and externally to achieve goals
• Deep familiarity with the peculiarities and customs across key regions
Обязанности:
- Meet budgeted revenue and EBITDA goals for all the regions (including but not limited to CIS states)
- Achieve broad distribution of core and digital channels throughout the region
- Identify and execute on opportunities to develop new channels and new businesses with partners and on our own
- Manage key clients in individual regions and countries, building strong long term relationships with clients across regions
- Position and grow Discovery Brand Image: work within a team to develop strategy and ensure execution of Marketing and PR activities in key areas
- Liaise with advertising sales teams to ensure deals are complimentary and distribution is sufficient to launch in key territories
- Manage team to support execution on deals and strategy
Условия:
Salary is circa 50,000 pounds + 30% bonus + benefits + relocation
Based UK but travel to Russia & Ukraine
