В крупную международную FMCG-компанию (food, один из лидеров рынка) требуется Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager (2 позиции) на интересные и амбициозные задачи. Офис в центре Москвы, хороший соц. пакет, достойный уровень компенсации (условия обсуждаются с кандидатами индивидуально).

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of short and long term strategies driving sustainable business growth;
• Development of annual brand plan addressing current brand performance;
• Development and production of all ALT/BTL programs and initiatives starting from brief to release of materials on the market;
• Building effective relationships with ATL/BTL/PR/Digital/Media agencies:
o ensures best rates are achieved for the service;
o sets objectives, tracking performance and accessing results of strategic; partners during mid-year-review and in the year-end.
• Regularly monitor market dynamics, brand health and competitors performance (ACN, BHT, GFK, etc.) and proactively come up with actions addressing issue/opportunities;
• Coordination of on-going projects with regional teams and managing allocation costs;
• Managing marketing budget (planning, optimization, control);
• Lead operational work for the brand in line with company planning cycles (startplan, annual plan, demand planning);
• Managing top line and bottom line of brand P&L to deliver business results as planned;
• Cooperating with cross-functional teams related to brand projects (NPD, LX, QI, CR) or on-going issues (CI, R&D, FP&A, SS&O, PCM, Plant, etc.);
• Effective team management: leads, develops, coaches and trains his/her subordinate.
